The National Coordinating Committee and folks in New Orleans strive to make sure attendees will have access to rides, shelter, food, and good times. But we can only do this if we have an idea of what to expect ahead of time.

We recognize that our communities sometimes don’t do so well with deadlines. But we really really really need you to:

1. Register

Even if you don’t have time to complete all the fields. Please let us know if you are coming so we have an accurate count to figure out food and other miscellaneous needs.

2. Tell Us Your Travel Details (if you need a pick-up from the airport or train or bus stations)

So far we only have three requests for airport pick-ups, and we know more folks will need rides. If would like us to try and find a volunteer to bring you into the city than we need you to tell us your arrival and departure times. If you do not respond by Tuesday, July 10 at noon (NOLA time), than we will not be lining anyone up to meet you there. Luckily there are public ways to get from the airport. But they are not fast and probably not as fun as having a real live APOC organizer pick you up. So please tell us ASAP if you need a ride!

3. Tell Us Your Housing Needs

There are a few NOLA squats you can stay in while at APOCalypse. But if you would rather stay in a place with fellow attendees and organizers with things like electric fans, then we’ll need you to tell us ASAP.
